Saw Palmetto: Evidence & Safety

Saw palmetto is commonly marketed for prostate or urinary concerns. NCCIH notes that scientific evidence does not support saw palmetto for any health condition. Its presence in a men's supplement should not be treated as proof of sexual-function benefit.
